RPM UNIVERSITY (RPM-U):
Part of staff and franchise training is conducted through RPM-U, an extensive library of over 400 online courses covering topics from customer service and conflict resolution to accounting and collections and evictions.
ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
