Each year the Real Property Management family comes together for an annual conference. In 2018, we will hold the conference February 13 to 15 in Salt Lake City, where the Real Property Management Franchise Support Center is located. By hosting the conference in Salt Lake City, we can involve every Franchise Support Center staff member, and therefore have subject tracks with double the content, diving deeper into marketing and operations topics. We will also have general management training, specifically about leadership. As in the past, franchise owners and managers will also learn from their peers who have excelled at various aspects of running their business. There will be ample time to ask questions and participate in group discussions. We regularly incorporate time for attendees to interact with each other and the Franchise Support staff, and will add some friendly competition.
Like previous conferences, franchise offices will hear about industry, marketing, sales and operational updates, meet our suppliers and vendors, spend time with Advisory Council representatives, and enjoy our annual Awards Banquet.
As a result of the enriched content tracks, numerous franchise owners bring employees from their organization to attend as well, such as General Managers, Business Development Managers and Department Heads. Attendance by GMs and BDMs will provide rewards to Real Property Management franchise businesses through better training, higher motivation, and connections with peers.
Annual Conference is the one event each year that brings the entire Real Property Management family together to share our goals, best practices and camaraderie.
