Do I need real estate or property management experience to buy a franchise?
No, it is not a requirement. Our franchise owners come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and the majority of them did not have real estate or property management experience prior to joining our team.
Is a real estate license required as a franchise owner?
In most states the department of real estate requires that the owner of a property management company be either a real estate broker or a real estate salesperson working under a broker. We build time into our training process for you to secure the licensing you need if you don’t have it already.
What territories are available?
Opportunity for new Real Property Management franchises exists throughout the country. A franchise consultant will work with you to find a location that best suits your needs.
Can I start this business from my home?
We require office space from day one for the professionalism and credibility it lends to your business, and to provide a separation between your personal and professional life. That being said, there are ways that we will assist you in keeping this overhead cost as low as possible initially.
Do you offer financing?
We typically do not extend internal financing. There are a number of 3rd party funding sources that can assist you in obtaining additional capital if needed, and we are Small Business Administration approved.
What does the franchise fee include?
The franchise fee gives you access to our Brand, is used to build your customizable website, covers your training and on-going support for as long as you’re with us, and introduces you to a vast array of unique vendor partners and relationships that will help you operate more efficiently and maximize your revenue per unit.
What is the timetable to start?
The timeline between signing your franchise agreement and opening your doors should be completed within 90 days.

What if I already own a property management business?

Am I limited to managing only residential properties?
Our focus and core business is centered on, but not limited to, residential property management (single family and smaller multi-family rentals). You can take advantage of opportunities to manage commercial units, vacation rentals and HOA or common interest communities as well.
