The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Real Property Management franchise ranges from $86,795 to $113,795 depending on market size, the rental space you select, and other discretionary decisions. This includes the franchise fee of $45,000, and initial start-up expenses of between $41,795 – $68,795. Qualified franchise candidates will have the opportunity to review detailed costs as well as financial performance representation in the 2017 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The franchise fee is due at the time of signing, and the remaining working capital is needed for the first few months of operations as you begin your new business.
